  • In October 2009 California passed new legislation requiring all Private Post Secondary Schools, new or current, to be properly
    registered/renewed and approved by the state government. We are complying with all of the new rules and regulations which will give even better protection to the current and future NIU students. Presently NIU is legally registered with the California Department of Consumer Affairs which will be overseeing the new registration procedure beginning January of this year.
