The Hayward campus of Newport International University is conveniently located at the junction of Industrial Parkway and Hesperian Boulevard across from and within walking distance of the COSCO (the merchandise wholesale complex).

The campus has numerous classrooms, a computer lab, a library, and student lounges where students can relax and chat; the big atrium that is light and spacious, equipped with a hot and cold drinking fountain, a refrigerator, and several microwave ovens for heating up food. The campus also boosts a big back yard, indoor table tennis, and small study areas scattered within.
